With over 35 years of real estate experience, I have helped buyers and sellers navigate the market with confidence. My real estate career began on Long Island’s East End in 1983. In 1996, I obtained my broker’s license in Colorado. In 2002, my husband and I purchased a home in Rockledge, Florida. I have successfully sold a wide range of properties, including building sites, large acreage, vacation homes, waterfront condos, and multifamily projects. This broad experience allows me to provide expert guidance, whether you're a first-time homebuyer, a seasoned investor, or a homeowner looking to sell for maximum value.
Before real estate, I worked in production control within the defense industry and owned a charter boat business—experiences that sharpened my problem-solving skills and customer service approach, both essential in negotiating the best deals for my clients.
Beyond real estate, I am committed to giving back to my community. I have actively supported youth sports and served on various nonprofit, state, and municipal boards. Currently, I serve on the Brevard County Disadvantaged Transportation Committee, which works to improve transportation access for those in need within the community. Staying connected deepens my understanding of community resources and infrastructure, and enables me to provide my clients with valuable market insights and local expertise.
